Minutes and notes are created during our team meeting where we iscuss and note down things that will be added in our short film as well as things that we may need to consider and that will be used in the production of our film. This includes the props that we will be using to make sure when were at the location that were filming at, nothing is forgotten as this slows down the oveall process of the completion of our film, as well as a few notations of risks that may develop during fiming and production that needs to be avoided.
